About Caroline

Certified Profit First Professional and Director of Jackadder Consulting, Caroline Smith, brings decades of experience to guide her clients through the maze of creating positive cash flow and profit.

Prior to starting Jackadder Business Consulting, Caroline worked in IT for over 25 years. During this time, she was known as “The Translator” for her ability to explain technical issues to businesspeople in terms they could understand, and also explain business needs to the technical staff in a way that would see them build a technology outcome that actually served the needs of the business. It was all about making things work better for everyone.

Soon after setting up her business, Caroline quickly realised that business owners needed the most help with their financial processes. So this is where she focuses most of her attention.
