Stirling Business Centre, in conjunction with Sarah Thomson from Online Social Butterfly has designed this structured and facilitated day for you to meet, learn and do things for you and your business. Meet and connect with other small business owners and learn from Sarah as she shares her tips on setting up your personal Facebook profile. With sprints of focused activity you can either work through her template so you can action what you’ve learned and perfect your Facebook profile or work on your own ‘To Do’ list.
While the time with Sarah will finish at 2.30pm you’ll be so in the zone why leave? You are welcome to stay until 5pm to get even more things ticked off the list and totally maximise your investment.
Your day will look like this:
9.30am - Arrive, coffee and meet your fellow group members
10am - Sarah will explain how to set up your personal Facebook profile
10.30am - Activity Sprint (quiet time so you can action what you’ve learnt or get on with other work you need to do).
11.15am - Morning tea
11.45am - Q&A with Sarah
12pm - Activity Sprint
12.45pm - Lunch - bring your own or pop round to a local cafe
1.30pm - Activity Sprint
2.30pm - Free to leave but why waste the afternoon? Stay in our co-working space until 5pm to do even more on your business.
Your investment of $50 will give you access to all of this, including morning tea. You’re welcome to bring your own lunch and use our kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave) or there is a local cafe we can recommend.
A bit about what you’ll be learning
Many of us use our personal Facebook profile as a networking tool - it is linked to our business and is how we can be found in groups. What most of us fail to realise is that our personal profile can be used by others as a way to learn more about us. Find out how you can set up your profile to put your best foot forward - you will be given a template that you can implement during the co-working session.
A bit about the space
Co-working at Stirling Business Centre has been carefully designed as a comfortable and productive work space. The 8 ample sized desks all have their own power and data connection and printing facilities are available too. The large TV screen enhances the facilitator’s presentation for an immersive learning and productive experience.
What to bring?
Your laptop, work to be done, something for lunch and your smile!
