The art exhibition is open to the public from 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday beginning 30 July and ending 19 November. All artworks are available for purchase and sales will support local Stirling artists.

Ben Brennan
Ben Brennan is an enthusiastic and prolific Perth artist. In recent years, Ben has immersed himself in the dramatic red landscapes of Western Australia. Painting both plein air and in the studio, Ben works with aerosol and acrylic, producing emotion filled artworks.
Exploring the landscape using abstracted shapes and colours, he accurately captures the energy of Western Australia’s Gold Fields and Wheat Belt regions. The mark making is bold and confident, appealing to both the established and younger art buyer. Earlier collections include; working with found objects, painting on Pantone charts, large mixed media drawings and even using fire as a creative tool. Ben Brennan is an exciting artist to collect and follow.
Tony Pankiw
Tony Pankiw is a professional artist based in Perth, Western Australia.
Tony’s formal qualifications consist of a Fine Arts degree from the Western Australian Institute of Technology (now Curtin University), and a postgraduate degree from Victorian College of Arts.
Tony has been involved in community artwork through his work with local councils such as Joondalup, Kwinana and Cottesloe. He has held the position of President and been an active member of the Printmakers Association of WA, and also teaches printmaking techniques to students.
In the late 1990s public art became the main focus of Tony’s work. Major commissions have been fulfilled for Department of Housing and Works, Ministry of Justice, Main Roads, LandCorp, Department of Education, Urban Pacific, Cedar Woods, Peet, Stockland and various private commissioners.
Specialising in site-specific sculptures mainly in steel, Tony’s artworks can be found in locations such as schools, major highways, a marina, a library, housing estates, a prison and commercial residential buildings.
Several of these projects have required artworks to be reflective of the area, incorporating historical, cultural and/or environmental factors. Tony’s mantra is to create artworks that enhance the environment and create a long lasting impression for the public, which in turn, hopefully develops interest and appreciation for art in public spaces.
Shona McGregor
Shona McGregor is a multi disciplinary artist whose work focuses on the central theme of ‘the overlooked’.
Looking back, her love of the miniature and interest in perception may be attributed to her past life as an early childhood and special needs teacher both here in Australia and in the UK. Working with small children and individuals with autism has really focused her attention on not only what we see but how we see it and process that information. Whether it be the abstraction of elements found in the tiny hidden spaces around us or examining the overlooked as a psychological space; she is seeking to give the viewer the time and headspace to consider what they are seeing and experience the sense of wonder we often seem to misplace as adults.
A recent Bachelor of Arts graduate in Visual Arts at Edith Cowan University and the winner of the Artsource Industry Award 2017; Shona is currently juggling family life with her two children, partner David and Boston terrier, Wilbur.
