A Hotel Manager has seen it all. From dealing with double bookings, rowdy hotel guests at 2am, room upgrade requests, leaky carparks and requests for late check-outs. Hmmm… always something to sort out.
It takes a multi-skilled person to handle these situations. A Hotel Manager needs to be:-

- High emotional intelligence
… and so much more. It can be fast-paced, stressful and exhilarating all rolled together.

Rhys is a strong and commercially focused professional. Educated with a National Diploma in Hospitality, focusing on Hotel Management from NZQA. Respected Cornell University Certificates specialising in Business & Hotel Management, Owner Relations, Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management.
And…. The most important thing of all… Rhys has a great sense of humour 😊
