For those who have learnt how to align with their specific needs for their quantity and quality of sleep, it can revolutionise their performance. When you have enough sleep you can think clearly, learn and retain new information, and more importantly, manage emotions well.
Karen will give a brief overview of how sleep, and more importantly not enough sleep, impacts us.
Karen Livey is fascinated with neuroscience and bases all her training workshops and programs on Science Based Learning ™ (SBL). She has often been referred to as the ‘sassy lady’ for her enthusiasm and gift to explain how current research can be used in practical ways in the workplace.
Karen has a degree in psychology, a Master of Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma of Neuroscience of Leadership, and along with her research, continues to expand her insights to enhance leadership performance.
