Reset your business ready for 2018

1 December 2017 | 9:30 am - 11:30 am

Operating a small business can be thrilling, exciting, challenging and sometimes damn scary.

As small business owners we are often under immense pressure to keep all the balls in the air on a day-to-day basis that it’s not surprising we feel overwhelmed and lose focus on our WHY.  Have you recently reflected on the purpose of your business?  Are you on track to achieve your goals?

“As a small business owner, John Denton gave me the motivation to be able to identify things I didn’t know and therefore be able to grow.” – Amanda, Medical Training Solutions

Our point is it’s never too late to regain that focus and clarity so you have the confidence to lead your business and achieve the success you deserve to have.

We’d love you to join us in this short (2 hours) information packed session. You will walk away with the knowledge and inspiration to consider the changes you may need to make in your business. You will understand:

> How to identify the ‘WHAT’ you are working towards – the “end game”

> The difference between a business, practice and hobby and why this is important

> The 5 essential roles a business needs for success

> How to discover your unique abilities within the business

> What makes your product or service different and how to get noticed

> The importance of knowing your numbers and what to look out for

> How to save time, energy, money and relieve stress

With so much juicy content to get through the workshop is fast paced but facilitator John Denton will be able to answer your questions throughout the session.  It is intended to provoke a different way of looking at your business so you can get clear on your vision and where you want to take your business.

“The information John has taught us he has related to icons from the business world, making the content interesting and easy to learn. Some of the things I have implemented in our business have been terrific.” – Roger, Middy’s Electrical

This workshop is designed for:

Business owners who are open to new ideas and fresh ways of operating a business.

John is ideally credentialed in his role as a Business Coach, Advisory Board Chair, Facilitator and Speaker.

Investment

To charge or not to charge?

Quite often a FREE workshop is not perceived to be of the same value as one with even a nominal fee.  We know this introductory workshop is packed with plenty of valuable content. So your investment is 2 hours and just $15.  That’s great value.

Please arrive at 9:15 for tea, coffee and networking for a 9:30am start.
