Kenneth advocates the importance of taking good good care of ourselves so we can be the best leaders for our businesses.  If we’re not feeling our best then how can we best serve our business? In this Brainbox session Kenneth will be touching on the taking of ourselves physically (diet, sleep, exercise), emotionally (satisfaction, support networks and feeling content and happy), and mentally (balancing work and play).

Kenneth is the Principal Clinical Hypnotherapist at Perth Hypnosis Clinic and is considered the go-to for expert hypnotherapy for all mental health issues. He trained with the leading teachers in Australia, UK, USA, and Canada. He has helped clients all over Australia and around the world overcome anxiety, depression PTSD and various other issues with hypnotherapy.
