Overview
This mental health coaching program has been developed by Beyond Blue to give small business owners support during challenging times.
Over 6 sessions, a NewAccess coach will work side by side with business owners to overcome difficult issues and provide practical skills to help them manage stress.

Gnangara Horticulture Water Use Efficiency Grants and Voucher Program WA
This program supports horticulture businesses in the Gnangara groundwater allocation plan area to implement water use efficiency measures.
What do you get?
Grants up to $100,000 and vouchers up to $5,000.
Overview
This support program consists of grants to implement water use efficiency activities and a voucher program to engage a water efficiency expert for specialist advice to develop a plan to implement water use efficiency measures.
Any of the following listed activities may be funded:
- modifications to irrigation systems that increase the distribution uniformity
- changing from sprinkler to drip irrigation
- purchase and implementation of soil and/or crop sensor technology
- crop monitoring equipment and annual data hosting fees
- installation of protected cropping options, which may include greenhouses, glasshouses, shade houses, windbreaks, or permanent netting
- soil amelioration strategies and inputs
- obtaining expert advice on water use efficiency.

Infrastructure Development Fund WA
The WA government has established an $80 million fund to unlock a new pipeline of apartment development in key urban precincts and worker accommodation in regional areas.

Overview
This program aims to assist with the cost of resolving infrastructure constraints that impact the supply of medium to high density housing projects in priority infill locations within metropolitan Perth, and worker accommodation in the regions.
There are 3 streams of funding:
Targeted apartment rebate
targeted rebate of up to $10,000 per multiple dwelling to assist with water, wastewater and electricity infrastructure connection and contribution costs incurred with the Water Corporation or Western Power.
Unlocking infill precincts
infrastructure investment program designed to address constraints in the water, wastewater and electricity network at a precinct scale, to facilitate medium to high density development within the Perth metro-central sub-region, within METRONET station precincts and Housing Diversity Pipeline sites.
Unlocking regional worker accommodations opportunities
infrastructure investment program to address infrastructure constraints in the water, wastewater and electricity network at a precinct or strategic site scale impacting the delivery of regional worker accommodation.

Small Business Skills and Training Boost
This initiative provides small businesses with a bonus tax deduction to help them train new staff and upskill existing staff.
What do you get?
Additional 20% tax deduction.
Overview
Small businesses with an aggregated annual turnover of less than $50 million will be allowed an additional 20% tax deduction for external training courses delivered to employees by registered training providers.
The boost applies to eligible expenditure incurred from 7:30 pm AEDT on 29 March 2022 until 30 June 2024.
The expenditure must be:
- for the provision of training to employees of your business, either in-person in Australia, or online
- charged, directly or indirectly, by a registered external training provider that is not you or an associate of yours
- already deductible for your business under taxation law
- incurred within a specified period (between 7:30 pm AEDT or by legal time in the ACT on 29 March 2022 and 30 June 2024).
