Kerri Duff-Borthen, founder of The SHORTLISTER, has 20 years experience within the recruitment arena; 12 as a small business owner herself. She knows first hand how costly a bad hire is and the effects on small business. Kerri creates industry change and is considered a pioneer in her field.
